Our refund policy applies to all products and services purchased through our platform. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 3 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have solved atleast 5 Mock Tests of the total number of Mock Tests.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at refund@exampay.in or through our platform's messaging system. We will review your request and respond within 3-4 working days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.

Please note that refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds via any other payment method.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

If you are accessing our service for more than 3 Days from the Date of Purchase, there shall be no refund.

If our service that has been modified or altered in any way by the user. If found guilty, will lead to penal action.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any refund if we feel that the reasons claimed are not valid in whatsoever manner Our Company feels.
